প্রধান বিচারপতিকে ছুটিতে পাঠানোর চক্রান্ত ফাঁস !! উত্তাল বিনপি নেতারা !! প্রধান বিচারপতির ছুটির ফাইল প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়ে প্রধান বিচারপতি সুরেন্দ্র কুমার সিনহা’র (এসকে সিনহা) এক মাসের ছুটির ফাইল এখন প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়ে। এরই মধ্যে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয় ফাইলটি ই- ফাইলে রুপান্তর করে যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে অবস্থানরত প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার কাছে পাঠিয়েছে। প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কাছ থেকে অনুমোদন হয়ে এলে তা রাষ্ট্রপতির কাছে পাঠানো হবে। আইন ও বিচার বিভাগের সচিব আবু সালেহ শেখ মোহাম্মদ জহিরুল হক বলেন, প্রধান বিচারপতির ছুটির আবেদন আমরা পেয়েছি। ওই আবেদনের সব প্রক্রিয়া শেষ করে এরই মধ্যে ফাইলটি প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়ে পাঠানো হয়েছে। ফাইলটি প্রেসিডেন্ট এর কার্যালয় হয়ে ফেরত এলে আমরা পরবর্তী কার্যক্রম করবো। প্রধান বিচারপতিকে ছুটি নিতে বাধ্য করা হয়েছে : খন্দকার মাহবুব সুপ্রিম কোর্ট বার অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সাবেক সভাপতি ও বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিলের সাবেক ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান প্রবীণ আইনবিদ খন্দকার মাহবুব হোসেন বলেছেন, হঠাৎ করে প্রধান বিচারপতি সুরেন্দ্র কুমার সিনহা এক মাসের ছুটিতে যাওয়া অপ্রত্যাশিত। আমার মনে হচ্ছে প্রধান বিচারপতিকে চাপের মুখে ছুটি নিতে বাধ্য করা হয়েছে। আজ প্রধান বিচারপতির হঠাৎ করে ছুটিতে যাওয়ার আবেদনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে খন্দকার মাহবুব হোসেন এক প্রতিক্রিয়ায় একথা বলেন। খন্দকার মাহবুব হোসেন বলেন, বর্তমান প্রধান বিচারপতির নেতৃত্বাধীন আপিল বিভাগের বেঞ্চে বেশ কয়েকটি সাংবিধানিক মামলা রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে বর্তমান পার্লামেন্টের ১৫৪ জন বিনাপ্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীতায় নির্বাচিত হওয়া সংক্রান্ত একটি আপিল মামলা রয়েছে। বিনাপ্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীতায় নির্বাচিত হওয়া ১৫৪ জন সংসদ সদস্যের বিষয়ে একটি রিট আবেদন হাইকোর্টে খারিজ হয়। ওই খারিজ আদেশের বিরুদ্ধে একটি আপিল আবেদন নিষ্পত্তির অপেক্ষায় রয়েছে। যাতে তিনি ওই আপিল নিষ্পত্তি করতে না পারেন সেজন্য চাপের মুখে তাকে ছুটিতে যেতে বাধ্য করা হয়েছে। যেহেতু ১৫৪ জন এমপি বিনাপ্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীতায় নির্বাচিত হওয়া সংক্রান্ত আপিল প্রধান বিচারপতি আদালতে পেন্ডিং রয়েছে। সেকারণে হয়তোবা চাপের মুখে তিনি ছুটি নিতে বাধ্য হয়েছেন। তিনি বলেন, কোনো মহলের চাপের মুখে যদি প্রধান বিচারপতি ছুটিতে যান তাহলে তা স্বাধীন বিচার বিভাগের ও আইনের শাসনের ওপর মারাত্মক আঘাত। খন্দকার মাহবুব হোসেন আরো বলেন, প্রধান বিচারপতি সুস্থ অবস্থায় কয়েকদিন আগে জাপান সফর শেষে দেশে এসেছেন। এর মধ্যে তিনি কখন অসুস্থ হয়েছেন। অসুস্থ হলে কোথায় চিকিৎসা নিয়েছেন তা আমাদের জানা নেই। আমাদের জানামতে প্রধান বিচারপতির সাথে কাউকে দেখা করতে দেয়া হচ্ছে না। আজ সন্ধ্যায় সুপ্রিম কোর্ট বার অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সভাপতি অ্যাডভোকেট জয়নুল আবেদীন তার বাসভবনে দেখা করতে চাইলেও দেখা করতে পারেননি। এভাবে চাপের মুখে প্রধান বিচারপতির ছুটিতে যাওয়া বিচার বিভাগের ওপর চরম আঘাত। তিনি বলেন, আমি মনে করি সংবিধানের ষোড়শ সংশোধনীর রায়ের পর বর্তমান ক্ষমতাসীন সরকার তার (প্রধান বিচারপতি) ক্ষুব্ধ হয়ে এবং বিভিন্নভাবে তার ভাবমুর্তি ক্ষুণ্ণ করার চেষ্টায় ছিল। সে কারণে এবং ১৫৪ জন এমপি বিনাপ্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীতায় নির্বাচিত হওয়া সংক্রান্ত আপিল তার আদালতে শুনানির অপেক্ষায় থাকায় তাকে ছুটিতে যেতে বাধ্য করা হয়েছে। Music Source: http://ift.tt/1VVSa6i Also follow me on: ►Facebook:http://ift.tt/2xX0HSV ►Google Plus:http://ift.tt/2g8E1Gb ►Twitter:https://twitter.com/BreakingNews981https://twitter.com/BreakingNews981 ►Reddit:http://ift.tt/2xX6Bn8 ►Pinterest:http://ift.tt/2g8E2Kf Thanks For Watching
